Bocktoo Zones is a self-proclaimed "shock trauma therapist and refugee relcationist" featured in the Brats of the Lost Nebula episode "A Lozian Necessity." Posing as a help clinic, he tries to kidnap Lavana and sell her to Doctor Faboo.
When Smarts runs a background check on the grifter and cult leader, he find he goes by multiple aliases, including Beshemel Snuh and Wally the X, and that he is currently wanted by the Nebula Alliance for clone slaving, kidnapping, galactic flim flamery, grand theft star ship, Harpian beast poaching, and colluding with The Shock. Smarts describes him as a "conman, swindler, and slime ball."
The Brats convince him to give up crime and reprogram him to be a "major cone." He ultimately ends up on a Nebula Alliance prison.
The puppet is recycled from the Elder of the Nertron Galactic Federation on Aliens in the Family.
