"Body Dance" is a Sesame Street song about the parts of the body, sung by MC Lyte as she dances through the street with a group of kids.
The song contains a sample of Otis Redding's "Hard to Handle," which became a popular hip-hop sample after Marley Marl's 1988 single "The Symphony."
The music video was briefly used in the home video Get Up and Dance where Celina is seen dancing along.
