Born Yesterday is a 1950 film, based on a 1946 Broadway play, with Judy Holliday reprising her stage role and winning an Oscar for Best Actress. It focuses on the naive ex-chorus girlfriend of a crooked businessman, who hires a journalist to tutor her. The film was remade in 1993, and the play has been revived occasionally.
