Buddy Glimmer is the charismatic dinosaur host of the game show Family Challenge in episode 202 of Dinosaurs.
Buddy tries to charm the lady contestants of his game, which works well enough to attract the unwanted advances of Ethyl. He dodges her attempted smooch and quickly segues to introducing the Nielsen Family.
Buddy is a spoof of Richard Dawson, the host of Family Feud.
