The building inspector kicks off the events of Sesame Street Episode 1285 by locking the doors of the brownstone, proudly declaring to the audience that he has done so to prevent trouble. Unbeknownst to him, however, the adults are on the roof, and are as such trapped in the ensuing rainy day for most of the episode's remainder.
