Burt Bacharach (1928-2023) was an American pianist and composer, who wrote numerous pop hits, many with lyrics written by Hal David. Many of their hits were produced specifically for, and performed by, Dionne Warwick.
Bacharach appeared in The Muppets Go Hollywood in 1979. Big Bird was photographed with Bacharach at the 1970 Emmy Awards Ceremony.
