Cookie Monster reveals his favorite TV show.

CHiPs in Muppet Magazine
CHiPs is a police TV series, running from 1977 to 1983, which focused on two California Highway Patrol officers. Erik Estrada became a star as a result of the series, which relied heavily on high speed chases and freeway kipeups while generally keeping a lighter, more humorous tone than other police series.
The use of elements like disco and periodic celebrity cameo episodes (including one involving a boulder in front of Milton Berle's home) date the series and later reduced it to a kitschy pop culture punchline. Examples include Mystery Science Theater 3000, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Scrubs, 30 Rock, and Family Guy. It was remade as an R-rated comedy film in 2017.
