Candy Carell, also credited as Candace Carell, is a makeup artist who designed the original makeup for the Broadway musical Cats. Scooter interviewed her for Halloween costume tips in the Fall issue of Muppet Magazine.
Carell worked on several NBC TV series taped in New York City, including Late Night with David Letterman, Saturday Night Live, and the soap opera Another World.
