Carin C. Tietze (b. 1964) is an American actress who has spent most of her career in Germany, particularly in dubbing. She has been heard in the German dubs of several Muppet projects, most notably as Shelley Snipes in Muppets aus dem All (Muppets from Space) and most recently as Yolanda in the German dub of The Muppets.

Tietze began her film career in the eighties with parts in English-language movies shot in Germany, including Nukie, Forced March (with Rosalind Cash), and Silence Like Glass (with Yeardley Smith). She recurred as Joanna on the 1993 White Fang TV series. German-language credits are more numerous, including regular stint on Der Bergdoktor (1992-1995, as receptionist Traudl) and repeated appearances on Tatort, Derrick, Der Alte, Das Traumschiff, and SOKO 5113 . She played female leads in a few films, including Regular Guys (1996).

Tietze dubbed Juliette Binoche in The English Patient, Tilda Swinton in The Chronicles of Narnia movies, Jennifer Connelly in The Rocketeer, Madonna in Four Rooms, Halle Berry in Last Boy Scout, Queen Latifah in Bone Collector, and Leigh-Allyn Baker on Good Luck Charlie. In animation, she is the German voice of Jessie in the Toy Story franchise, Esmerelda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Sharon Marsh and others on South Park, Sunni Gummi on The Gummi Bears (first two seasons), and Princess Lana on Captain N: The Game Master.
