Carmen Duncan (1942-2019) was an Australian actor who played John Crichton's mom, Leslie Crichton, in the Farscape episodes "Won't Get Fooled Again" and "Kansas."
Duncan's career spanned film, television, and theater across 55 years. In the United States, Duncan is perhaps best known for her stint as Iris Wheeler on the soap opera Another World from 1988 to 1994. Her other TV credits include guest appearances on Matlock Police, Cop Shop, All Saints, Water Rats, and Ash vs Evil Dead, in addition to brief runs on the soaps Number 96, Skyways, and A Country Practice.
Her film credits include Harlequin (earning an AFI Award for Best Actress nomination), Turkey Shoot (the 1982 original and its 2014 remake), and Hotel Mumbai (with Jason Isaacs).
