Cartoonito is an umbrella name for preschool programming developed by Cartoon Network and HBO Max, launched in September 2021. On the former, the name applies to a morning programing block of preschool shows, while on the latter, it refers to a special section of the platform for all preschool programming (including Sesame Street and its related media).
A live stream launch party was held online on September 14, 2021, hosted by puppet versions of the television block's animated hosts. Elmo was one of the featured guests, calling into the party via video to promote the upcoming season of The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo. He then presented a clip from the season featuring guest Tamron Hall. The live stream also featured appearances by Mo Willems and Ellen DeGeneres.
In January 2022, The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo began airing on the Cartoonito line-up on Cartoon Network. Mecha Builders also began airing as part of the block on May 9, 2022, with a special preview episode airing previously on April 30th.

- Cartoonito is also the name of a channel in the United Kingdom dedicated to children's programming. Re-runs of Sesame Street featured on the channel starting in 2016.
