Publications International, Ltd. is a publishing company founded in 1967 by Louis Weber. The Linconwood, Illinois company is the fifth largest children's book publisher in America, and specializes in electronic and interactive publishing. Publications International releases more than 500 titles a year. In 2014, the children's division of Publications International was spun off as PI Kids, and sold to Phoenix Publishing. The line is now branded as Phoenix International Publishing.

The company published several Muppet books in the mid-90s, and has been producing Sesame Street books since 1997.
