Charles Dougherty is an actor who appeared in the 1989 special Miss Piggy's Hollywood (the second half of The Jim Henson Hour episode 105). He played the stage manager of the Comedy Store, introducing auditioning performer Fozzie Bear.
Dougherty has played small or supporting roles in television since the 1970s, including episodes of Happy Days (as the title character in "The Kissing Bandit"), ALF, Beauty and the Beast, the 1985 all-star TV version of Alice in Wonderland (as the duck), Wings, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (in one episode as a Daily Planet staffer), Quantum Leap, Bones, and Monk. Occasional film credits include The Kentucky Fried Movie, Hunk, Ultra Warrior, and Slackers (with Jason Schwartzman and Jason Segel).
