Charlie's Restaurant is an establishment owned by the eponymous Charlie and the setting of a series of Sesame Street sketches involving Grover as a waiter first seen in 1971.
Mr. Johnson is one of Charlie's frequent patrons, but always regrets his visit once Grover has messed up his order. The restaurant has alternatively operated under such names as "Charlie's Outdoor Al Fresco Cafe" and "Charlie's Russian Restaurant."
Other employees include manager Andre and competing waiter Piño.
