"Chase the Wind" is a song sung by Red Fraggle in Episode 317: Playing Till It Hurts. When Red's hero, Rock Hockey Hannah, plans to travel to Fraggle Rock just to see Red's rock hockey playing, Red has to dig deep inside herself for an extra boost of confidence, perfection and can-do-anything attitude that is unique to Red.
