Child-Fest was an annual event held by The Children's Cancer Foundation, in Fulton, Maryland.
The 2012 event hosted Kevin Clash with Elmo, Leslie Carrara-Rudolph with Abby Cadabby, and Carmen Osbahr with Rosita. An article about the event noted that Clash grew up in nearby Turner Station.
