"Chim Chim Cher-ee" is a song from Mary Poppins about the life of a chimney sweep.

Walter makes up a new version of the song with new lyrics on the spot in Disney Drive-On with The Muppets episode 5. He does so in the presence of the song's co-writer, Richard M. Sherman, when he shows up at The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California in response to a letter he received claiming he has to pay a monthly fee to maintain his Disney Legends plaque. When Sherman discovers that Walter is speaking on the phone with Pepe the King Prawn, he asks to send him a message. Walter complies, requesting he does so to the tune to one of his songs.

Each line Walter sings is a response to Sherman's statements: he's not going to pay a cent for that plaque, the monorail tickets he sold him are fake, and threatens physical violence if he sees Pepe again. Sherman himself sings the last line to the applause of a nearby crowd.

The song was previously parodied with "Chirrup" on Sesame Street.
