Clémence is the street's resident caretaker. She serves as a mother figure to the residents of the street, especially Toccata, and often has good advice. Clémence is also very energetic and feisty, loves jams, and is extremely passionate about hats. She is married to Roger the electrician.
Clémence only appeared in the show's first season from 1978 to 1979.
