Claude Rae (1920-1995), sometimes credited as Claude Ray, was a Canadian actor who played Dr. Conners, the psychiatrist, in Jim Henson's 1969 television drama The Cube.
An active voice performer, Rae played the title character and others in the CBC version of Howdy Doody, and supplied character voices in several Rankin/Bass productions, including The New Adventures of Pinocchio, The Reluctant Dragon and Mr. Toad, and Willie McBean and His Magic Machine. On-camera appearances included roles in the 1982 film The Class of 1984 (with Michael J. Fox) and The Dead Zone (with Martin Sheen).
