Claudio Insegno (b. 1965) is an Italian voice actor who dubbed Rizzo the Rat in most Muppet projects.
Insegno is a veteran stage actor who has also appeared on Italian television. He dubbed Toby Jones in Infamous, Eugenio Derbez in Beverly Hills Chihuahua, and Chris Williams in Dodgeball, as well as Dr. Hibbert on The Simpsons.
