Cleavon Little (1939-1992) was a Tony Award-winning actor best known for his role in the Mel Brooks film Blazing Saddles (replacing Richard Pryor).
Little played a character named Pete on Sesame Street in Episode 0241 and 0270.
His television appearances included The Love Boat, ALF, The Mod Squad, and All in the Family, and on Broadway, he appeared in Purlie (for which he won a Tony Award for Lead Actor - Musical) and I'm Not Rappaport (with Judd Hirsch).
