Colander Stenchman appears in The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. He is one of the two trash creatures who guard Da Dump, the domain of the Queen of Trash. His head is a colander/spaghetti strainer with tin can eyes attached, and his cohort is Football Stenchman.
In the film's credits, his name is misspelled "Collander Stenchman."
