Colleen Smith (b. August 30, 1979) is an actress, comedian and puppeteer who has worked on several Jim Henson Company projects. She was an uncredited puppeteer on The Muppets,[1] and later received a "Supporting Muppet Performer" credit for the 2021 Disney+ original special Muppets Haunted Mansion. For Creature Shop projects, she puppeteered on Jim Henson's Creature Shop Challenge (episode 4) and The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell (as Rose).
Smith has performed with the Puppet Up! - Uncensored stage show in Hollywood, and performed in the opening shows of Stuffed and Unstrung in New York. Smith performed Cashmere Ramada on the Henson Alternative game show Late Night Liars and Cara and others in the film The Happytime Murders (while also appearing on-camera). She puppeteered on the Teeny Tiny Dogs pilot (Polly), Neil's Puppet Dreams, That Puppet Game Show, and No, You Shut Up!
Outside of puppetry, Smith was a regular correspondent on The Showbiz Show with David Spade. Her other television credits include The Office, How I Met Your Mother, The Singles Table, Carpoolers, and King of the Hill.
