"Come Together" is a Sesame Street song performed by John Legend and the Muppet cast (of Elmo, Abby, Zoe, Rosita, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Grover, Ernie and Bert) in season 48. The song is all about finding ways to unite in activities. The segment was directed by Jack Jameson.

Leslie Odom Jr. performed the song with the cast on their float in the 2017 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
