Concord is the advisor of Okay Fine By Me. A member of the cult of the Acceptors, he appears in the Brats of the Lost Nebula episode "The Acceptors."
He plays beautiful flagaloo music on a saxophone-like instrument. The Brats convince him to leave the cult of the Acceptors, but he reunites with his former leader and they start a new cult called the Rejectors (he changes his name to Cancel).
The puppets for the Acceptors were recycled hand puppets from the Henson show Dinosaurs.[1]
