Cookie Hood appeared in Episode 4033 of Sesame Street.
He looks similar to Cookie Monster, with the addition of a mustache and Robin Hood-like clothing. He speaks with a British accent and is similar to Robin Hood - as he steals cookies from people with too many cookies and gives cookies to people who don't have enough cookies. He has a horse, Marian. He is shown to be unaware what he's done is a crime and apologizes for stealing the cookies from residents of the street. He returns them and treats Cookie Monster (who was blamed for stealing the cookies) to some cookies from Hooper's Store, which he'll use his newly-funded allowance to pay for.
