The Cookie Monster comes and eats the cookies from the back, so Sherlock sees that Bob can't be Cookie Monster. Bob then introduces himself, and Sherlock asks if he has another cookie he can have, as Bob finds another cookie Cookie Monster comes and takes it.

Cookie Monster is standing in front of the poster, and the others suspect that he's the Great Cookie Thief -- he has the same googly eyes, the same blue fur, and the same Western hat. They confront Cookie Monster, but he denies the charge: "Not have same mustache!" He shouts, "Look over there!" -- and while they're distracted, he draws a mustache on the poster. They apologize -- but then Cookie Monster takes off his hat, and cookies fall out. The Great Cookie Thief makes his escape.

The Genie gives Cookie Monster a tiny little toy truck, which is nowhere near big enough to carry all the cookies. Cookie Monster says that he wants a bigger truck, so he's given a slightly larger toy truck. Cookie Monster explains that he wants the biggest truck of all, and the Genie finally gives him a full-size truck. Cookie is delighted, and wishes for his million cookies -- but the Genie explains that he's used up all three of his wishes. Undaunted, Cookie Monster eats the truck.

After failing to guess correctly, the carnival barker lets Cookie Monster try it again, this time using only two shells, and Cookie Monster fails to win again. Since Cookie Monster can't have the cookie, he eats the shells. The barker then gives Cookie Monster the cookie.

Painting
Cookie Monster comes in very hungry just when he notices Big Bird's painting of a cookie. As he tries to eat Big Bird's painting, Big Bird stops him from doing so, mentioning how he's proud of the painting and wants to keep it. In order to prevent poor and hungry Cookie Monster from eating it, he suggests Cookie to eat the cookie that he has painted from. As excited as he is to see the cookie, Cookie Monster gobbles up the cookie (and even the table).
