The Cookiesaurus is featured in the Cookie's Crumby Pictures production, "Jurassic Cookie." He resembles a tyrannosaurus-rex, made out of gingerbread.
The creature is brought back to life by a scientist (Cookie Monster) after discovering "zillion year old" cookie crumbs fossilized. He becomes an attraction at the titular theme park, but the large cookie creature begins to pursue his creator and his grandchildren. He corners them into a kitchen, where an incomplete sign tells them the key to stopping the creature begins with the letter H.
Cookie tries dancing a hula and offering a halibut, but the dinosaur tramples over him. He finally manages to give the Cookiesaurus a hug, soothing the beast. The tables turn, as Cookie Monster now chases after the dinosaur when realizing he's made out of gingerbread.
The puppet was later seen as an audience member for The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo and the Sesame Street Talent Show in Elmo's Mindfulness Spectacular.
