"'Counting Rap" is a Sesame Street rap song performed by Count von Count and Kid 'n Play in a season 22 insert.
After the Count shows off his new hairdo (with a bat shaved in the back of his head), the three recall a time when they had a disagreement involving rapping and counting - the Count wanted to count, but Kid 'n Play wanted to rap. They realize that by cooperating, they can do both at the same time.
