The Count singing his song in Episode 1729.
"Counting to Ten" is a Sesame Street song originally performed by Count von Count in Episode 0826.
After drawing the ire of his friends by waking them up with some early morning counting, the Count musically counts to 10 to put himself in a better mood. The higher he counts, the more his mood (and the music) brightens. He sings the first verse on his own, then recruits the kids (including Joey) to shout out the numbers in each line of the song.
He later sings an abridged, modified version in Episode 1729 for Don Music to convince him that a song about counting can be easy to write.
