Cousin Pepe is Elmo's Mexican cousin who appears in Sesame Street Stays Up Late. Identical to Elmo, except with a bushy mustache, Pepe reports with Rosita on how the children of Mexico ring in the New Year. Much to Pepe's annoyance, Rosita repeatedly interrupts him in the middle of reporting.
