Air Cannon Destruction w The Muppets
CrunchLabs is an educational technology company founded in 2022 by former NASA engineer Mark Rober following the success of his YouTube channel started in 2011.
On July 5, 2025, the Muppets (Kermit the Frog, Gonzo, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Beaker, Joe the Legal Weasel, Statler and Waldorf) starred in a video for the channel demonstrating air cannons. The video was co-written and directed by Bill Barretta, with Gene Barretta supplying storyboards.[1]
Their appearance was teased via a July 3, 2025 Instagram post jointly published by CrunchLabs, The Muppets, and other Disney feeds.[2] Rober appears to tease the events of the 2025 Camp CrunchLabs which promises to have "the most famous guests" they've ever had. As he states that it's a secret, Kermit pops into frame inquiring about the famous guest, thus spoiling it.
