Cynthia Woodie served as a sculptor for Palisades Toys' line of Muppet action figures.
She had previously gained experience sculpting the Muppets for other products, such as the 1989 Miss Piggy Fantasy Dress-Up Doll and the vinyl heads for a set of Muppet Babies plush (both produced by Direct Connect), as well as a proposed line of Muppet Babies PVC figures.
For Palisades, Woodie sculpted such figures as Kermit, Koozebane Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, Sam the Eagle, Lew Zealand, Rowlf (head and hands and the naked version included with the Backstage Playset), and all of the Mini Muppets. Woodie also sculpted the prototypes for two unfinished action figures of Baby Piggy and Baby Kermit.
Woodie was credited amongst the Puppet Heap staff of Muppet designers and builders in Muppets Most Wanted.
