A pair of Dancing Sacks appeared in episode 504 of The Muppet Show. Their act was poorly received by the audience, compelling Kermit the Frog to tell Fozzie Bear to cut it short. The pink sack blames the gold sack for their failure and accused the gold sack of having no sense of rhythm. The gold sack replied, "Aw, shut up you old bag!"
