The song was covered by Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem in the 2021 special, Muppets Haunted Mansion. The song is first heard at the beginning of the special, playing over the hearse radio. The full song is then performed during the credits, with the Muppets and celebrity guests lip-syncing to the vocals.
To promote the special, Miss Piggy and Darren Criss performed the song together live at Elsie Fest in August 2021.
