David Franklin (b. 1962) is an Australian actor who played Captain Meelko Braca on Farscape and Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars.
Franklin's other television credits include a recurring part on Xena as Brutus and a stint on The Young and the Restless, while films include My Brilliant Career (with Sam Neill) and The Matrix Reloaded. In the Telltale Games adaptation of Game of Thrones, he voiced Maester Ortengryn.
