Dee Bradley Baker (b. 1962) is an American voice actor who voices Baby Animal, Baby Sweetums and Phineas T. Cup in the 2018 Muppet Babies series.
Baker is known for his vocalizations of animals and creatures, in similar fashion to previous Muppet Babies star Frank Welker. His major voice roles in television and animation include the Olmec on Nickelodeon's Legends of the Hidden Temple, Numbuh 4 on Codename: Kids Next Door, Klaus Heissler on American Dad!, Perry the Platypus on Phineas and Ferb, Waddles (the pig) on Gravity Falls, and all the clones in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and supporting projects. He is also well known for voicing various secondary characters on SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents and Adventure Time among others.
