The delivery man is a male humanoid Muppet who makes an appearance in Episode 17 of From the Balcony. The Muppet is purple-skinned with brown hair, wears a tan shirt and has a red & white name tag. This Muppet delivers flowers to Statler and Waldorf throughout the episode. When they finally question him about who's sending the flowers, he replies that the flowers are not for the holiday Valentine's Day (the episode was released on February 4, 2006), but for their funeral! He apologizes for "being early" and reports that he will return to see if the flowers are needed next week.
The puppet was later used in Episode 28 of From the Balcony as Long Joel Silver.
