Demi Lovato (b. 1992) is an actor, singer and songwriter. After being discovered by Disney in a nationwide talent search, they were quickly dubbed "the next big thing" by the company, who introduced them as Charlotte Adams in the short five-minute Disney Channel series As The Bell Rings, eventually leading to the lead role of Mitchie Torres in the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock and the title role in the series Sonny with a Chance. Their debut album Don't Forget was released on September 23, 2008.
Lovato appeared alongside the Muppets in Studio DC Hosted by Selena Gomez where they performed their song "This Is Me" with Beaker after their original duet partner, Kermit the Frog, was dragged off the stage by a jealous Miss Piggy.
