Dermot O'Leary (b. 1973) is an English television and radio presenter, known for his work with ITV and BBC Radio 2. From 2007 until 2018, O'Leary was the presenter of The X Factor, and he appeared with Miss Piggy and the Muppets during their appearance on the show in 2011.
In 2013, O'Leary, Piggy, and Claudia Winkleman announced the first fundraising total for Red Nose Day, during which Piggy flirted with O'Leary, calling him "Dermie Wermie." (YouTube)

O'Leary became a host of This Morning in 2021, and he spoke with Elmo during the September 20, 2024, broadcast of the program.
