Die Muppetmusikanten von Bremen is the German dub of The Muppet Musicians of Bremen.
Although it was produced in 1972, it would not air in Germany until about seven years later, on July 23, 1979 on ZDF.
The special aired several times since: A second time on December 23, 1995 on RTL2, once in 1997 on RTL, once on May 20, 2002 (again on ZDF), and twice more on KiKa, on December 31, 2003 (New Year's Eve), and on May 20, 2004. It was never released on home video.
