Diggits[1] are one of the many furry underground creatures that appear on Fraggle Rock.
The friendly creatures first started appearing in the episode "Gobo's Discovery" where one is spotted cuddling up with Wembley before joining a group of Fraggles for their picnic trip. They make a notable appearance in "The Grapes of Generosity" when they provide backup for Gobo while singing about the titular food.
After Fraggle Rock had ended, the puppets were given small horns and have since retained them while becoming utility puppets. One Diggit appeared in episodes 101 and 103 of The Jim Henson Hour. They returned to their original roots as background cave creatures in 2022 for Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock.
The Diggits also make an illustrated cameo in the book Best Friends.
