Doc Hopper's Frog Legs is a fast food franchise in The Muppet Movie. Owned by Doc Hopper, the chain prepares the limbs of frogs in a variety of ways, including cheese legs, chile legs, french fried barbecue legs, and a frogleg burger served on a green bun. Doc Hopper tries in vain to hire Kermit the Frog as his new commercial spokescharacter, and becomes increasingly obsessed with the idea.
Doc Hopper's resurfaced in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie. In the alternate universe where Kermit had never been born, the restaurant can be seen in "Bitterman Plaza", implying that the chain prospered and branched out without Kermit's interference (much to Kermit and Daniel's surprise).
As an ironic footnote, in recent years, Pepe the King Prawn has become the spokesman for Long John Silver's, a fact referenced at MuppetFest. In Spy Muppets: License to Croak, after Pepe, in the role of King Prawn, defeats Kermit, he mentions that Kermit might wind up on a plate at Doc Hopper's.
