Doc Owl is a kindly owl who appears infrequently on Bear in the Big Blue House. He's fond of making standard owl-type quips, e.g. "whoooo's there?"
He is a recycled version of a background great grey owl puppet from Mr. Willowby's Christmas Tree and The Animal Show.
He is a friend of Doc Hogg's and sometimes helps him out.
