In 1986, she received an "Honorary Muppet Award" in Muppet Magazine issue 14.

In 1987, Miss Piggy sung "If You're Ever In A Jam (Here I Am)" with Dolly when she was a guest on her short lived TV series once alone and a second time along with Kermit. Kermit sang "I'm Everyday People".

Sesame Street created two parody Muppets of her, Dolly Pardon and Polly Darton.
