Donald Billett on Law & Order
Donald Billett (b. 1935), sometimes credited as Don Billett, is a character actor who participated in Jim Henson's documentary Youth 68, reading various quotations.
Billett began his career on stage, in such Broadway shows as My Mother, My Father and Me, and he originated the role of Vince Fontaine in Grease. On television, he has often appeared in cop and detective series, usually typecast as lawyers, detectives, or judges, on The Rockford Files, Kojak, Starsky & Hutch, and Law & Order. He also played Joe Bailey on As the World Turns from 1992 until 1993.
