Dot Levy is a neighbor of the Crichton family who appears in the Farscape episode "Kansas."
After time traveling back in time to Florida, 1985, the Moya crew shacks up in a vacant house. Left alone by John Crichton, their antics draw the attention of Dot. She first encounters Chiana who, believing it to be a proper human greeting, gives her the middle finger. Flabbergasted, Dot enters the house and discovers the strange assortment of aliens. She walks back outside, even more shocked than before.
Later, Dot witnesses D'Argo and Noranti stuffing an unconscious Sheriff Schelmacher into his police car. D'Argo similarly gives Dot the one-finger salute while attempting to drive away.
