Dr. Cyril Jenkins (b. Oct 28, 1916) is a former pastor of the Rutgers Presbyterian Church of Manhattan and of the Welsh Congregational Church. A clergyman born in Wales, Reverend Dr. Jenkins appeared as the wedding minister in The Muppets Take Manhattan. Though known for conducting ceremonies in Welsh, he delivered an operatic recital of the marriage ceremony in English when marrying Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy.
