Dr. Phil Van Neuter is the host of Tales From The Vet, a parody of Tales From the Crypt involving various Muppet animals in very absurd – and sometimes downright creepy – situations. He is usually accompanied by his assistant, Mulch. He is apparently married to Mulch’s sister, the “beautiful” Composta Heap.
He regularly appeared on Muppets Tonight. He also made a large cameo appearance in Muppets From Space as a neurosurgeon, rather than a veterinarian.
Dr. Phil van Neuter is performed by Brian Henson.
