Fisher-Price produced a line of Dress-Up Muppet Dolls in 1981 and 1982, featuring three characters from The Muppet Show -- Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Gonzo.

Kermit the Frog

The Kermit the Frog doll was released in 1981, dressed in his Reporter Kermit outfit, with a trenchcoat and fedora. A Sleepwear Set was sold separately. In 1982, Fisher-Price released a Lone-Star Cowboy Outfit. In 1983, Vogue Patterns made patterns for his Evening Outfit and Jogging Wardrobe.

Miss Piggy

The Miss Piggy doll was also released in 1981, dressed in a purple sequined gown with a turban. Piggy had three outfits sold separately -- a Garden Party Gown, a Sailor Suit and a Pigs in Space Costume.

In 1982, Fisher-Price added a Prima Ballerina Tutu. In 1983, Vogue Patterns made patterns for a Dance Wardrobe and an Evening Wardrobe.

The Gonzo doll was released in 1982, dressed in a Daredevil outfit. An Admiral's Uniform was sold separately.
